This has been the focus of Pernille Kræmmergaard’s work for more than 25 years, and the basis of the research she conducted as a University Professor. She has published more than 100 academic research papers at international conferences and in journals, including an award-winning paper on LEGO’s digitalisation journey.

After more than 20 years in academia—most recently as a professor at Aalborg University and a visiting professor at the IT University, Denmark—she established The Digitalisation Institute in 2015 and DI2x in 2021.
